Words that Burn: Human Rights and Poetry Workshop – Morning
Words that Burn is Amnesty International UK’s flagship creative education programme, aiming to empower young people to explore and take action for human rights through poetry. Amnesty International UK has partnered with Push the Boat Out to offer poet educators the opportunity to attend a workshop, exploring how creativity can be a tool for activism and a powerful form of protest. You’ll develop the tools to embed human rights education into your facilitation practice and develop your skills in empowering young people to explore human rights through poetry.
In partnership with Amnesty International UK and supported by the Ponton Trust and the Nancie Massey Charitable Trust.
